Big Fun! Big Treasures! Great Prices! Great Cause!
This coming Saturday, City Neighbors will be participating in the 27th Annual Arcadia Community Yard Sale from 9:00–1:00. The fundraising committee will be selling donated items with all proceeds going to our great school. Please consider donating items, shopping at our “bizarre bazaar,” or both.
We are accepting donations of household items, furniture, toys, CDs, small electronics, jewelry, no longer collected collectibles–anything you think yard sale buyers might want (no clothing, please). You can drop items off anytime between now and Saturday morning on the porch at 3110 Juneau Place (directions below).
We can also use help preparing and pricing items, setting up, and clearing out the day of the yard sale. Food, drink, and volunteer hours provided for all volunteers.
Then on Saturday, come out and browse an entire neighborhood of yard sales. Although only the proceeds from our host yard will benefit City Neighbors, there are over 20 homes participating in the event.
For more information, contact Patty Dowd (mackindowd – at – gmail.com) or Annastasia Kezar (akezar – at – jhmi.edu), or Rich Dowd at 410-227-5997.
