The Black Heritage Art Show is coming to Baltimore. For the second year, City Neighbors has been invited to meet the artists as they set up. All students in grade 5-8 are expected to attend. Please be sure your child’s teacher has the permission slip. This is a great experience and a good way to meet local artists. The students will have a follow-up assignment and are expected to bring sketch books and pencils.
