As part of a new Title II grant from the Maryland State Department of Education, City Neighbors Charter School has an opportunity to hire an additional Math Teacher to support math instruction across grade levels. We have conducted first interviews for the position. Starting this week, we will conduct second interviews which includes model lessons, classroom observations, a second interview, and a meeting with
parents. We hope to have this person in place starting in January.

This position is a grant-funded position that will only last from now until mid-June. This position does not replace a current position —- all current math teachers are
staying.
