Last Tuesday night, before the School Board meeting, City Neighbors Charter School was recognized by the Maryland State Department of Education for our performance on the 2007 MSA Testing. The certificate reads:

“We commend you for your dedication to student achievement and for inspiring students to attain higher levels of performance. Your accomplishment serves as a model for others as we work together to ensure success for all of Maryland’s students.”
